The family touch
Kaktus Hotels is a small family hotel group where we work every day to ensure our guests feel at home. We treat our guests as though they were members of the family in an effort to ensure they return year after year. It’s our guests who help us strengthen our commitment to offering excellent service that is constantly being improved.
The beginning
Kaktus Hotels has been accommodating guests of different nationalities since 1959, when we founded the first hotel of the chain, the Hotel Kaktus in Calella. Since its opening we have experienced the evolution of guests who have visited us again and again and forged friendships and familial relationships over the years.
In the 1970s our passion for the sector led us to build a hotel in Benidorm in an effort to provide our guests with an alternative holiday destination. With the opening of the Hotel Kaktus Albir the group consolidated its position by offering accommodation in three important coastal destinations: Albir, Benidorm and Calella.
Improvements with you in mind
We are constantly upgrading our amenities and services in an effort to ensure the best conditions for our guests. One of the most recent proofs of this commitment are the renovations recently carried out in Hotel Benikaktus and Hotel Kaktus Playa, with the creation of new room types and improved services.
